How do I terminate my membership?

Please access the following page or send a written document to terminate your membership. If you have difficulties to follow the online procedure, please call English Customer Service.

If you wish to keep your email address without the use of connection service, we recommend you the Mail and Blog Course which is offered 330 yen/month (tax included).

If you are using any FLET'S service, please call 116 (without area code) to cancel your fiber-optic line.
