How do I cancel family's Asahi Net membership and my Asahi Net membership?

Using your (or the payer's) ID, please access the following page to terminate your membership. If you have difficulties to follow the online procedure, please call English Customer Service.

If you wish to keep your email address without the use of connection service, we recommend you the Mail and Blog Course which is offered 330 yen/month (tax included).
