What do I do when I cannot send/receive email?

Mail Services may be unavailable in case of maintenance or outages.

Mailer Settings 
If you are using Asahi Net’s Mail Service with a mailer or mail app, please check the following: 
  • The latest version (TLS1.2) is supported
  • The settings are made as recommended in the respective setup guide 

Email cannot be sent/received if your mailer is not set as recommended.

If you have changed the Asahi Net password, you also have to change the password of your mailer to a new one. 

If it does not work, there may be an issue in the mail system (due to its renewal).

Please change your email settings in accordance with the end of support for some authentication methods
