■Check your ID
Make sure your ID is entered correctly (lowercase letters in correct order).
The ID logging into My Page is different from the ID for setting up your connection.

■Check your password
Make sure your password is entered correctly in lowercase letters.
You cannot log in when the combination of ID and password is incorrect.

■Check if your authentication information is registered
IDs issued before 2004^* may not be supporting My Page’s authentication method.
^* Some IDs issued after 2004 are also included.

To log in, you need to register your authentication information.
You can log into My Page right after you register your information.
