A message shows up in Outlook: "Your e-mail server rejected your login with Secure Password Authentication (SPA)."

Please refer to the Member Support: Outlook 2013 settings guide (https://asahi-net.jp/en/support/guide/outlook_2013.html): 1) open the Add Account window, 2) choose POP or IMAP, and 3) remove the check mark next to "Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)".
