What do I do when my mailer stops in the midst of receiving email or when it freezes at login after connecting to the mail server?

When a large volume of email is received or stored in the mail server (mailbox), a time out may occur during the login process for taking too much time. 
Make sure to delete your email on a regular basis, or change your mailer settings not to retain email in the mail server. 

To delete your email from the mail server (mailbox), go to Web Mail to delete it by following the steps on the following page.
