FLET'S ADSL Course: What do I do when I cannot connect to the internet?

Please try the following steps.

  1. Check if there is no communication failure.
    Asahi Net: Maintenance/Outages
    NTT East/ Maintenance/Outage Information (only in Japanese)
    NTT West Maintenance/Outage Information (only in Japanese)

  2. The connection of ADSL modem may get unstable when it heats up.
    Turn off the power the modem, wait for about ten minutes, and turn it on again.
