What do I do when I can receive email but cannot send it?

See if your mailer is set up as recommended in the setup guide.

If the port number of the outgoing mail server is set to 25, change it to 465 and try sending an email.

If you are still having problems even after changing the port number, Outbound Port 25 Blocking may be working.
Outbound Port 25 Blocking is part of Asahi Net’s anti-spam measures. See the following page for more details.
