If your device has been lost:
Contact Asahi Net English Support so that we can deactivate your data communication and phone to prevent misuse.
If your device has been damaged:
Send a technical inquiry to Asahi Net English Customer Support for a verification of the situation.
If your device is broken, we will give you information on device repair.
Please note that some devices have ended their repair support. See the following page if your device can be repaired.
