Please try the following steps.
- Check if the APN is correctly set.

Setup Guide: Asahi Net LTE (ANSIM) Settings and Connection Guide - See if the mobile data communication of your device is ON.
- See if the airplane mode of your device is OFF.
- Turn off the power of your device, take out the SIM card, insert it again, and turn the power on again.
- See if there is no communication failure.
