Please try the following steps. 

1. Turn off the power and reboot your WiMAX router, computer, smartphone, etc.
2. Check the signal strength of the WiMAX router. 
   See the following page for how to check the signal strength.

3. If the signal icon and communication mode are both not showing, try moving your WiMAX2+. 
   You may not be able to connect or may have poor connectivity in places where the signal is weak (underground floors, tunnels, between buildings, mountain areas, etc.)
4. Check if there is no communication failure.
