WiMAX 2+ may not be able to connect to the internet even when you are within an available area due to its signal characteristics. 
For example, you may not be able to connect at places such as within or between buildings where the signal is weak. 
Data communication device (WiMAX 2+ router) does not have to be placed near your computer, smartphone, etc. Please place it near a window where it is easier to catch a signal. 
Also, avoid placing the device under direct sunlight.
