I am suddenly getting disconnected from the internet. What should I do?

Since December 7, 2016, we are having many inquiries from our customers who are using Windows 10 that they cannot connect to the internet.

If you are having such problem, please try the following procedure.

<Procedure>

[STEP 1] Try rebooting your PC.
If this does not improve the situation, please try the next step.

[STEP 2] Try shutting down your PC.

■ How to completely shut down PC.

(1) Click Start (Windows symbol on desktop).
-> Start menu will show up.

(2) Click Power.
-> Sleep, Shut down, and Restart will show up.

(3) Click Shut down while pressing Shift.
When a message “Shutting down" shows up on the screen, stop pressing Shift.

(4) When the power is off, restart your PC.

* Try STEP 1 and STEP 2 several times. If the situation does not improve, please contact the PC manufacturer.
