You can reissue your SIM card by phone.
When you lose your device, please contact Asahi Net English Support so that we can deactivate your data communication and phone to prevent misuse.
If your device has been damaged, send a technical inquiry to Asahi Net English Customer Support for verification of the situation.
Please note that SIM card reissue requires a handling fee of 3,300 yen (tax included).
