What do I do when I cannot send email through an encryption method (SMTP over SSL/TLS) in Outlook?

In Outlook, the incoming mail server is automatically changed to SSL port number 995 when you make the encryption function (SSL/TLS) valid, but the SSL port number is not automatically changed to 465 for the outgoing mail server.
If you are using the encryption function SSL/TLS, make sure to manually set the port number of the outgoing mail server.
