Calls are interrupted by noise, disconnected, delayed when using IP-Phone-C.

Please check the following:

■ Call quality may be affected by downloading on computers while making calls on IP-Phone. Try stopping the communications made on your computer when using IP-Phone-C.

■ Call quality may be affected by temporary deterioration of internet connection line. Hang up your call once and try again after a while.

■ If your ADSL modem with IP-Phone function or IP-Phone-supported device is near any machines or appliances (i.e., computer, monitor, television, refrigerator, radio, etc.), keep your modem or telephone apart from them.

■ Try setting up telephone services such as Caller ID Display (Number Display), call waiting, etc. in accordance with the contract details of NTT.
