I'm in the available area of Wi2 Service, but getting slow speeds/unstable connections or cannot connect at all.

Please check if your wireless device has the connection at the hot spot in the service available area.
Depending on the environment of the hot spot you are at (how far you are from the access point, the shape of the building you are in, the number of users connected to the access point), you may experience slow connection speeds or you may not be able to use the Asahi Net Wi-Fi Wi2 service.
