Modem is unstable.

Please try the following:
If the situation does not improve even though you have tried all the above, please contact Asahi Net English Customer Support.
- Check the lamp of modem and refer to the corresponding manual.
- Modem may become unstable when its temperature is too high. Turn off the power, wait for about five minutes, and turn it on again.
- If you are using a router-type ADSL modem, try a factory reset. Settings of your ADSL modem will be initialized.
We recommend you take a necessary backup on LAN and take a note of your network configuration before initialization. If you do not know how to factory reset, please refer to the manual of corresponding equipment.
