Why am I suddenly receiving a convenience store payment slip even though I have been making a lump-sum payment to NTT for my Asahi Net FTTH with FLET'S usage charges?

Common reasons are as follows:
  • The subscriber has been changed
  • Your FLET'S fiber-optic line is canceled
  • The payment deadline was not made in the past
  • There is an overdue payment
When we cannot bill you through your registered payment method, a convenience store payment slip will be sent to you.

If NTT was not able to bill you, Asahi Net receives a notice from NTT between three and four months after your month of usage.
For such a reason, Asahi Net may send you a convenience store payment slip for your past bill.
