Please check the X-FROM-EMAIL field in the header of the email which was not filtered. The Accept/Deny Filters in the Neo-SpamBlock refer to that header information. Therefore, when the sender's (From) address does not seem to filter properly, please try using the address from the X-FROM-EMAIL entry instead.



In order to check the email header information, there is a need to receive your email using your mailer (email client/software). Please refer to Help or manual of your mailer for how to check the header information.
