FLET'S Hikari Next Course: What do I do when I cannot connect to the internet due to authentication error?

If authentication error shows up when you are trying to connect to the internet with FLET'S Hikari Next Course, check the following.
- Check the connection settings
Check if the connection user ID and password are correctly entered.
Make sure your ID and password are entered correctly in lowercase letters.

- Check if the latest password is used
After you change or reissue your password, you need to change the password of your connection settings to the latest one.
If you have not changed your settings, change the password of the setup information to the latest one. - Check the combination of your subscription service and fiber-optic line
Check if the combination of your subscribing Asahi Net service and fiber-optic line is correct.
In FLET’S, there are two types of fiber-optic line; detached house type and apartment type.
Asahi Net’s service also have the following two types.
- Detached house: FLET’S Hikari Next Family Course
- Apartment: FLET’S Hikari Next Mansion Course
You cannot connect to the internet when the combination of Asahi Net service and fiber-optic is incorrect (the line type has to be the same).
