Application can be withdrawn by phone. There will be no charge associated with the withdrawal.

After 5 p.m. of the day before the installation date
Application cannot be withdrawn. Specified procedures will be required, and charge for cancellation will be billed separately.

Please contact NTT regarding cancellation of installation work related to NTT line.
