Before you log in, you will be asked for your user name and password. Please make sure that you type in only Asahi Net ID for the user name, for example ab4t-ash.

If the User Name contains letters/numbers that are not the part of Asahi Net ID, for example ab4t-ash@atson.net, you will not be able to log in.

In the Password field please type in the Asahi Net password for the User ID.
