Dial-up Services: What do I do when I cannot connect to the internet with Dial-up?

Please check the following.

The access point phone number, connection user ID, and/or connection password may not be set correctly in your connections settings.

If you are using an analog line, please check if the type of your subscribing line and connection settings are correct.
Your line type and connection settings should be as follows.
  • プッシュ回線 (= Touch-tone line): トーン (= Tone)
  • ダイヤル回線 (= Dial line): パルス (= Pulse)
