Why am I all of a sudden receiving a convenience store payment slip?

A

A convenience store payment slip is sent to you when your registered payment method could not be processed.
The following reasons can be considered:

■Payment through credit card
The matter is managed based on the notification of credit card companies.
Asahi Net is not notified of the detailed reasons for the unavailability of your credit card, and therefore we are unable to confirm and let you know of the exact reason.
■Payment through NTT billing service
The matter is managed based on the notification of NTT.
The registered payment method may be unavailable due to the following reasons:
  • Cancellation of subscribed service
  • Change in subscriber name
  • An existing unpaid bill
■Payment through KDDI billing service
The matter is managed based on the notification of KDDI.
The registered payment method may be unavailable due to the following reasons:
  • Cancellation of subscribed service
  • Cancellation of au cell phone (if you were paying through まとめて請求 (combined bill))
  • An existing unpaid bill
