I am currently using an application that requires configuration of port forwarding for IPv4. Will I be able to configure port forwarding if I apply for IPv6 Connection (IPoE) and IPv4 over IPv6 Connection (DS-Lite)?

If you apply for IPv4 over IPv6 Connection (DS-Lite), port forwarding for IPv4 will no longer be available.
If you need to configure port forwarding, please connect to IPv4 with PPPoE.
For IPv6 Connection (IPoE), communication is not affected by port forwarding for IPv4.
